ABC 123 is an absoloutly brilliant nursery, I wouldn't dream of sending my son anywhere else, all the staff are amazing and caring. Very informative and attentive! My son absoloutly loves going here and gets excited when we pull into the car park! There is never an issue and on the rare occasion there is as a parent I am well informed. His development since being with the nursery is incredible and I'm so happy to know that he is in such a safe place when I'm not with him. Thankyou to all the staff for be amazing!!

my daughter loves the staff, she has come on leaps and bounds in just 7 months and is way above her non nursery friends in terms of speech, knowledge and understanding. she loves learning and it had made such a positive difference to our lives. highly recommend!

Good school even back in the day as padgate high

This is an excellent school, my two children attend the academy and are doing really well academically. The behaviour of the pupils and the ethos of the academy are brilliant, the expectations and standards are extremely high. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants their child to be educated to a high academic standard in a caring and supportive environment.

Independent Schools

King's Leadership Academy Warrington

Hillock Ln, Woolston, Warrington WA1 4PF, UK – 01925 817939

I am very much looking forward to sending my children to this school, especially as it will be after they have moved into their new building. My friend has sent her kids to this school and has not regretted it. Sure, it is different from other schools (or the schooling I remember!) as they have set routines that other schools don't have, and longer school days. From what I have seen first hand in my friends children is that they have matured and are able to have decent intelligent conversations with, as they have confidence not often seen in kids that age and my friend credits the school with bringing them out of their shells in that respect. Plus, I don't know that many people who have met an astronaut or the prime minister and the pupils at Kings did. These are kids who have enjoyed lots of school trips to universities which has helped give them a real direction in life as they are told that they can achieve lots more than they ever thought they could. My lad is looking forward to the martial arts and joining the cadet group in particular, and the away trips to the Lake District they put on for them.

I'm also a student at King's, to be honest, overall its quite a good school, yes we are pressured but it's to push us to get higher grades than people in other schools. There's always a few teachers who get to really know you and who you can feel like you can talk to. Sure it's not perfect, like every place, communication between the school and home is quite poor, not sure why but it is and needs sorting. You hear about other schools and how there's a fight almost every week but there's only really been 1 proper fight in the 4 years it's been open and it was dealt with immediately. Yeah some teachers are less understanding than others and can sometimes make you feel a bit down as they constantly tell you to do better, but im guessing its to improve grades or something but thats only a small amount of teachers, probably 1 or 2, maybe 3. Students may like it at other schools because they may be less pressured and get away with more, but it just sets the standards for the future. Higher standards in school = higher standards for yourself when i think about it. Over all its quite a good school, the school gives you lots of opportunities and activities and chances to go places you might never get chance to go otherwise

I have to admit it takes a lot to impress me about a school, but this school goes above and beyond to help your kids to achieve their potential. If your kids have special needs then I believe this is the best school in the area to help your child. I personally have a child with SN and they have adapted their way of teaching to ensure my child's anxiety is reduced.

Fantastic school for the children and teachers well done keep up the good work

Adult Education

Warrington Education Centre

3-5 Bewsey Road, Warrington WA2 7LN, UK – 01925 636000

My daughter was attending the centre with support for her maths. Not long after attending these sessions her school teacher noticed the improvements with her confidence and ability in the subject and moved her up a set. Joanne and her team are extremely friendly and professional and make learning fun for their students. My daughter has now sat her GCSEs and we are looking forward to getting her results. I highly recommend this centre to anyone wanting to support their children to improve in these areas.

Excellent centre the teachers in my daughters classes keep telling us how my daughters have improved. And i have no doubt Warrington education centre have played a massive part in this journey.

Piano Lessons - StagePro Academy, Warrington

Museum St, Warrington WA1 1JA, UK – 07846 230318

Been here since it opened. Love the teachers and the area. Highly recommend to all!

My daughter has been attending stagepro for nearly three years, at her previous drama school she had refused to try any form of dance, but within months of joining Stage pro was happily learning ballet, Jazz and Tap. Stagepro teachers have provided some amazing experiences for the kids, including performing at the Opera House Blackpool and London. She has improved so much and gained not only confidence but some really lovely friends along the way as well

Private Tutors

3Rs Tuition Limited

69 Sankey St, Warrington WA1, UK, UK – 01925 555567

Looking for a tutor is hard as there is so much choice. I called and emailed quite a few and to be honest, few of them inspired me. What stood out with 3Rs Tuition was that they offered proper plans for the tuition and then they updated them every six weeks. When you are stretching your family budget to provide the best for your kids, you need to know what you are paying for. The set up is usual having visited the national companies. Instead of the large rooms with loads of kids, they have small rooms for each tutor. I was also surprised to see whiteboards. Both my children have now been going to 3Rs since January and they love it. Simon is really good fun when he teaches and Andrew quietly helps the children relax and feel at home. If you are looking for a tutor, go visit the centres first and then and only then make your mind up.

I would like to thank Simon and everybody at 3Rs Tuition. My son was struggling with both maths and English. We tried a tutor at home and he hated it. We changed to 3Rs Tuition and suddenly he was keen to go every week. He liked the whole set up. Small classrooms meant that he felt he could ask questions without embarrassment. All we have to do now is wait until August for the results.
